Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is a lightweight, rigid, closed-cell foam made from petroleum-based polymers. These beads are pre-expanded using steam and then molded into blocks or sheets to suit various applications. Known for its excellent thermal insulation, light weight, durability, and moisture resistance, EPS is widely used across construction, insulation,void filling, Decorative shapes, packaging, and protective applications.

Density Range

EPS products are available in a density range of 8 kg/m³ to 50 kg/m³, depending on the application.
